As the sun sets across the water, it’s as if it has set upon my heart. The warmth-the shadows, intermingle to wrap the day into the dark of night. For I have lived another day…tomorrow I might not get to see the sunset or the moon rise, but for now it is as if I’ll live forever.

I hope that everyone is having a great day! There is so much going on right now, and it can be intimidating and frustrating. God has been my compass when I have lost my way, a brilliant light in the midst of every storm both great and small. Through it all I have found that in our weakest moment, when our greatest faith has been tested, there is no finer moment than when we rise above life’s stormy seas…and walk on water.
Since Walking on Water was officially published in February 2017, there have been so many people I’ve met along the way and that have touched my life. I don’t know about most, but sometimes in the middle of the day when I pause to reflect, I’m so thankful that life has not always gone quite the way I’d planned.
